Movement & Mimosas - Free Yoga Class

Movement & Mimosas 🧘‍♀️🥂

Stretch. Sip. Socialize. Repeat.

Come for the yoga, stay for the bubbly! Movement & Mimosas is a fun, feel-good Vinyasa Flow that pairs breath with movement to get your body moving, your energy flowing, and your weekend off to a fabulous start.

We’ll stretch, strengthen, flow, and maybe even wobble a little because yoga doesn’t have to be so serious. After savasana, stick around to sip, laugh, and connect! Choose a classic mimosa or enjoy a delicious NA/mocktail option because the good vibes don’t require alcohol. 🥂

All levels welcome. Good vibes encouraged. Flexibility definitely not required. Bring your mat and your favorite people and we’ll bring the flow & fizz!

Meet Holistic's New Yoga Instructors - Weekly Classes Starting 10/15 Every Thursday at 6-7PM

Nicci Anderson:

With a deep love for yoga and a heart full of joy, I bring inclusive, empowering energy to every class I teach. As an RYT-200 instructor, my mission is to create a space where every body feels safe, supported, and celebrated, exactly as they are. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening your practice, I welcome you with open arms, a playful spirit, and the belief that yoga truly is for every body.

Mental health is deeply important to me, and yoga has become an essential part of supporting my own mental well-being. My practice reminds me to slow down, breathe, reconnect with myself, and meet myself where I am, both on the mat and in life. That personal connection is a big part of what inspires me to teach and to create spaces where others can experience yoga as more than simply physical movement. It’s community and a celebration of being human.

Jess Krcmar:

Hi! I’m Jess, an RYT-200 based in the Green Bay area. I love to celebrate everybody and every BODY - honoring each student’s unique movement path and abilities. You’ll often find thoughtful modifications and gentle guidance in my classes, all designed to support your journey. Most importantly, I aim to offer a space that feels safe, welcoming, and free of judgment - so you can show up exactly as you are. Outside the studio, you’ll find me enjoying live music, exploring new places, curling up with a good book, or saying hi to all the dogs. Yoga has a way of transforming us in the most unexpected and beautiful ways - I'd love to see you on the mat!
