The Magnetic Goddess Awakening
Oct

The Magnetic Goddess Awakening

Experience a rite of remembrance, where women wake up to the power, truth, and aliveness already living inside them.

This isn't self-improvement.

It's a rite of remembrance.

Not remembering who the world told you to be.
Remembering the woman who existed before she learned to make herself smaller, quieter, easier, more agreeable, and more disconnected from herself just to belong.

If you've been living in your head...
Second-guessing yourself.
Overanalyzing every conversation.
Ignoring what your body has been trying to tell you.
Keeping the peace while slowly disappearing...

And you're ready to break free from this false identity.

Because you're exhausted from carrying a version of yourself that no longer fits.

This experience isn't about talking through your patterns.

It's about meeting them in the body.

Through guided Goddess Awakening breathwork, you'll step beyond the thinking mind and into the places you've learned to avoid- the emotions you've outrun, the tension you've normalized, the truths you've talked yourself out of.

Not to fix yourself.

To stop leaving yourself.

Because every time you stay present with yourself instead of abandoning yourself, something changes.

You build evidence that you can trust your body.
That you can stay with discomfort without collapsing.
That you don't have to numb, perform, overgive, or prove your worth to belong.

Then Lauren's immersive sound healing offers space for everything you've uncovered to settle, integrate, and become part of you. Not just another insight you'll forget by Monday.

Women leave this experience feeling different because they experienced themselves differently.

They leave with a deeper relationship to their own intuition.
A stronger capacity to hold themselves through life's intensity.
A body that feels like home instead of something to override.
And a quiet certainty that the woman they've been searching for has been within them all along.

If you've been waiting for permission to take up more space...

This is it.

Meet your facilitors:

Kristi Passehl - Goddess Initiatrix Guide, Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Practioner, Embodiment Coach

Founder of Love All of You Health Coaching, Her mission is clear: Activating a collective of embodied goddesses returning to their true essence-radiant, embodied, magnetic, calling in love, abundance, and soul-aligned partners through self-led authority.

So you can finally embody the woman who moves through life grounded, confident, and self-led- trusting her body, honoring her desires, and magnetizing experiences, relationships, and opportunities from a place of authenticity rather than effort.

Lauren Nelsen - Sound & Energy Practioner

From Neenah, WI to NYC to Los Angeles to the SF Bay Area and back, Lauren has gathered experience in a myraid of modalities including: massage & neuromuscular therapy, somatic and energy practices, music, sound healing, the performing arts, hoistic health, and the art of loving people.

Lauren's sound baths are a gift to the soul - inviting your heart to remember its truest essence. Her voice nudges your being to soften, open and allow; reconnecting to the reverence of living.

The Embodied Energy Series - A Breathwork & Meditation Class

The Embodied Energy Series - A Breathwork & Meditation Class

The Embodied Energy Series

A Breathwork & Meditation Class Forget everything you think a chakra class is supposed to be. This is not about sitting quietly and trying to “balance your energy.”

We’re going into the body. Each month, we’ll use a different chakra as our guide to explore the places where your energy, emotions, patterns, desires, and lived experiences intersect. Through pranayama breathwork, meditation, and embodied practices, you’ll learn to notice what your body is actually communicating- where you brace, where you disconnect, where you feel alive, and where you’ve been overriding yourself.

Come curious. Come open. Come ready to feel something new. Seven chakras. Seven doorways. One deeper relationship with your body, your mind, and your embodied truth. Sunday, October 11th @ 2:00-3:00pm

The 1st class of the Embodied Energy Series on October 11th:

The Root Chakra isn’t just about feeling “grounded.” It’s about your relationship with safety, stability, trust, money, belonging, and your ability to fully inhabit your body. Through intentional pranayama breathwork, guided meditation, and somatic practices, we’ll explore the unconscious patterns keeping you in fight, flight, freeze, or constant over-functioning and begin teaching your body a new way of being.

Meet Holistic's New Yoga Instructors - Weekly Classes Starting 10/15 Every Thursday at 6-7PM

Nicci Anderson:

With a deep love for yoga and a heart full of joy, I bring inclusive, empowering energy to every class I teach. As an RYT-200 instructor, my mission is to create a space where every body feels safe, supported, and celebrated, exactly as they are. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening your practice, I welcome you with open arms, a playful spirit, and the belief that yoga truly is for every body.

Mental health is deeply important to me, and yoga has become an essential part of supporting my own mental well-being. My practice reminds me to slow down, breathe, reconnect with myself, and meet myself where I am, both on the mat and in life. That personal connection is a big part of what inspires me to teach and to create spaces where others can experience yoga as more than simply physical movement. It’s community and a celebration of being human.

Jess Krcmar:

Hi! I’m Jess, an RYT-200 based in the Green Bay area. I love to celebrate everybody and every BODY - honoring each student’s unique movement path and abilities. You’ll often find thoughtful modifications and gentle guidance in my classes, all designed to support your journey. Most importantly, I aim to offer a space that feels safe, welcoming, and free of judgment - so you can show up exactly as you are. Outside the studio, you’ll find me enjoying live music, exploring new places, curling up with a good book, or saying hi to all the dogs. Yoga has a way of transforming us in the most unexpected and beautiful ways - I'd love to see you on the mat!
